Credit Claims and Warranties
There are many variables between sites, such as temperature, climate, construction, flooring materials, the type and quality of water supply and the experience of cleaning staff that may have some impact on the way the cleaning chemicals perform. As a result, certain products may perform better than others in some areas or products may not be fit for the intended purpose.
Should a product not perform as promised, we offer a 100% guarantee that we will find a more suitable product and accept return of the unused product for credit. Only products within use-by dates shall be accepted for return.
This guarantee applies to any products which we supply, including chemical dispensers, cleaning accessories or paper products. All credits are generally processed within 30 days.
Note: When you return a product, it is extremely important that you obtain an "Adjustment Return Advise (ARA)" at the point of return (i.e., your Account Manager or Warehouse). If you have any questions please contact our customer service department.
As well as honouring all conditions of warranty under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth) and the Sale of Goods Act 1954 (Cwth) our standard product quality commitments are as follows:
1. Cleveland guarantees that all products are fit for the intended purpose for which they are supplied, including those designated for use in food preparation.
2. All supporting statutory documentation for each chemical will be supplied and all bottles and storage containers will be labelled accordingly.
3. Training on the safe handling of each chemical product and information on how to use these products will be provided at the customer's site.
